Steps we are taking
In order to protect guests and staff we request that you review the following and act accordingly and responsibly to ensure safety for all.
Have you traveled outside of the country within the last 14 days or have you experienced symptoms similar to that of COVID-19?
We are taking additional and comprehensive cleaning precautions to ensure safety for all guests and staff. (as an example we are sanitising remotes, keys, handles, switches and much much more)
Our staff are asked to ensure they more regularly are washing their hands and taking the responsible social actions.

Business / Essential Worker guests
If you require breakfast we will ensure that your breakfast meal contains only packaged items that have also been wiped down but we ask you do the same when receiving your meal packs as an additional measure.
Your booking is following unique and stringent process as follows;
- Touchless check in. Keys in the room all wiped down. We ask if possible to ensure for prepayment up front to avoid card handling and entry to the office.
- Your private unit is for you only. It will be cleaned once prior to your entrance and only after you vacate at the end of your booking. This means no staff will enter your room for your duration of stay as a safety measure unless requested. Please arrange in advance.
- You will be supplied additional cleaning items for your stay if it is for an extended period.
- Laundries are open at Bayside Mall for you to take your clothing to for washing.
- Additional linen will be supplied to you for a linen change over in advance. (In your cupboard)
- You are required to prove that you are an essential service please.
- If you are having breakfast it will be left outside daily for you to collect on the table and we will notify you of such.
- You will be supplied sufficient toilet rolls and soaps for your staff upfront.
