Please familiarize yourself with the general terms and conditions of Table View Lodge. A booking with us is a legal contract you have entered into with Table View Lodge.
Confirmation of Booking
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
We require your credit card details or a breakage deposit for your booking.
Check-In & Cancellations
Our check-in time is between 1pm and 5pm Monday to Friday. Late arrivals by appointment only and subject to availability of staff and possibly a surcharge of R150,00 late check-in fee.
Weekend check-in is strictly by appointment.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
Deposits are not refundable in the event of non arrival.
Please see the additional cancellations policy details on the chosen booking portal (Booking.com etc.) that you may have used when booking with us.
Accommodation
No persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event that it is possible to accommodate any extra person/s in the same room, an additional charge will become payable.
Strictly - No smoking in all our units please. (Smoking areas are outside or by the pool area.)
Only the booked guests may be on premises.
Please consider others - Noise levels are to please be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests on the premises. (No loud music is to be played please.)
You may not bring pets with you to the lodge to stay with you. (The lodge has two pets on premises Marley and Bella they are trained to behave and not enter rooms)
Your Booking
Your unit will have been supplied with a first nights complimentary condiments (tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, etc).
We also supply fresh towels and linen for the rooms (replaced every 5 days for long visits)
The maximum number of guests per unit must be adhered to. Any changes needs to be communicated in writing prior to or upon arrival. Management reserves the right of admission at all times.
Valid identification (drivers license or Identity book) required upon arrival and check-in.
Credit card payments require presentation of original card used and matching identification. (No copies of accepted)
A cash breakage deposit may be requested.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE ROOMS. (Management reserves right of admission at all times). Request for an ashtray when outdoors.

Visa or Mastercard credit cards are acceptable. Cash payments or Internet Transfer.
Group Booking Terms & Conditions
Due to the nature of large group bookings all group bookings for Table View House have additional rules and policies to be adhered to over and above normal unit booking Terms & Conditions as set out below.
All group booking fees & deposits are to be settled 1 week prior to arrival.
A refundable group breakage deposit will be required beforehand. (value depends on units & guest numbers)
A mandatory cleaning fee of R600 will be deducted from your security deposit.
No parties 'taking over' the lodge allowed and penalties will be applied.
No additional friends allowed on premises. All guests must be checked with lodge management prior and a daily fee may be charged.
It is important to list the number of adults and children on premises including ages of children.
By agreeing to take a group booking you also acknowledge and accept responsibility of your children nearby the pool area.
It is mandatory and required that a adult/guardian at all times accompanies children in and around the pool area which due to its type and nature does not have a safety net. Acceptance of this booking implies you are accompanying your children at all times by the pool.
